At My Small World Toy Store, we want you to love your fashion finds. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they arrive back to us in new condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
